Scott,

A late post--what was the name of the song and the artists that you used during the shoot? It was a wedding song by country duet, I believe.

By the way, excellent presentation.

Scott
I really enjoyed the Lightroom seminar in Atlanta. The class was the best I've attended.
One question: what did you use to rotate your camera from portrat to landscape so quickly? I have a D2x and assume I could use the same thing on my tripod.
Thanks

Hi Scott,

I'm an avid reader of your BLog... It's an awsome source for information on Photoshop, Lightroom and photography. I'm so glad you're making it to NYC to give your Lightroom seminar. I'll be there, hopefully up front. Like John I'll be bugging you for an autograph. If you have time after the seminar I'll buy the second round of drinks after John. After all that coffee I'm sure you can use more then one drink.. :-)

Scott,
Now that Nikon is onboard your lightroom tour can you conferm this rumor?
According to the French magazine ‘Réponses Photo’ (issue 183 June 2007), Nikon will soon bring out a new ‘pro’ camera, suitable both for studio and for photojournalism. It will be available around the same time as the Rugby World Cup later this year (early autumn?).

The part of the story that will interest this forum is as follows: this new camera will use a 18.7MP sensor made by Sony, slightly smaller than FF (x1.1) thus allowing further use of the classic F mount. As was the case for the D200, Nikon will have exclusive use of this sensor for 12 months.

Scott,

Just finished a Prom shoot for a client and used lightroom to import, manage and develop the pics. Having your book has made using LR much easier & quicker and made my images look much better! Thanks!! Can't wait for your CS3 to be done!

Looking forward to seeing you @ LR in NYC. I'll be the one asking for the autographed book...corny I know, but I read it makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside to be asked.

Maybe afterwards we could grab some drinks!!
