There’s an excerpt from my book, “The Photoshop CS3 Book for Digital Photographers” posted over at CreativePro.com, which shows you, among other things, how to crop in CS3 using the photographic rule of thirds. I know what you’re thinking; “Cropping. That sounds exciting!” but it’s actually a really helpful technique, which makes use of the Custom Shape tools. Here’s the link to the tutorial.
Scott, I purchased your book “Adobe Photo Shop Elements 5 Book for Digital Photographers”. This is very good book but I have a problem and no answer. Once I create a slide presentation and view it in full screen, the sharpness of the pictures is lost. What am I doing or not doing? Your help is greatly appreciated. Also, am I not able to burn several slide shows on a CD? If the CD has some images on it, it tells me the CD is not blank and I am not able to burn it. Thank you very much. Genaro
