One More From Cape Cod
Here’s one more for this week’s DLWS workshop in Cape Cod.
I have to say, the DLWS experience is really like no other. Although it’s absolutely a first-rate, professionally produced from top-to-bottom workshop, it somehow maintains a really fun, “you’re one of the family” feel, that is really unique to them. It takes the whole workshop to another level, and it reminds of the same feeling you get at Photoshop World—where there’s this buzz that runs through the whole event.
I have to give the credit to Moose Peterson and his organization, because from the moment you walk through the workshop door, you know that they’re really passionate about what they do, and how committed they are to making sure you get the most out of the workshop. My thanks to Moose, Sharon, Joe McNally, and Laurie Excell for their hospitality, and for sharing what they’ve learned so willingly with us all.

Yes as a photoshop instructor – being able to share that “passion” is a goal of mine too.
Scott, do you know what your teaching schedule will be in places like this next year? Not NAPP sponsored meetings, I know those are scheduled only a couple of months out.
Thanks
Dr J
Hey Scott,
Beautiful images from the Cape. I’m really envious. I love the Northeast this time of year.
A quick question regarding your images on the blog. I know WordPress is the core of your blog, but which website/company hosts your images for your blog? I love the way you can click on an image of your blog and a larger image pops up in front of your blog without leaving your blog. Thanks in advance.
Terry,
Terry,
it has nothing to do with the hosting site as much as it does with WordPress. The WordPress program allows you to install plug-ins that can give that great enlarged image on top of the web page. It was one of the reasons that I left blogger.
Scott…really impressed with the Cintiq’s they had on the Cape. Can you way in with your 2 cents…hate to miss a new opportunity to spend some more on my hobby ya’ know! Might even facilitate sharpening of OFF (out of focus fowl).
It was an awesome workshop. It was even more of a treat having you there! While we’ve met briefly at conferences, it was an honor working beside you in the field. DLWS was quite the experience – I met new friends, learned new techniques, worked with amazing instructors, and took my photographs to the next level. Canon or Nikon user, it’s truly a great experience!!!!!
Thanks Scott. What is the name of the plug-ins you’re using?
Hey Scott,
Just wanted to pass on this link to my buddy’s blog that took some amazing Virtual Tour Images while at Cape Cod. If you look closely you can even see Moose and Joe!
