Do you have a spam problem here; I also use Blog Engine, and I was wondering about your situation; we have developed some excellent practices and we would like to exchange techniques with others, please Email me if you are interested. That's the only way anyone would ever really pick up on all-electric cars.

I was looking in to purchasing the elinchrom light you mention, but just want to clarify something. The Elinchrom light you are talking about is the Octa lite, correct. You mentioned Octodome and I believe that's a Photoflex product.

Hi Scott!

I really like the photo of the beautiful Stephanie Cross who hosts the Storm Team Action News there!

I made a mistake too this week when I was shooting Fashion Catalog type shots for my project at College and my Portfollio. Firstly, I wasn't using a Tripod wihich caused a little camera shake, (I know!) and secondly I wasn't using my Nikon D80's Dynamic Area focusing option (the one that lets you select a focus point from it's 11-Area system. Anyway as a result of this I had the twigs from the long grass in focus, while my model was out of focus on a few shots, damn! Good thing it was only a Test run! Most of the shots were great though!

I had a Sigma 70-300 attached to the D80, using the built-in flash for fill-in, and my hunch was right about the fill-in because I must have been shooting from around 15, or so feet away from my subject, it was getting on for 4pm with the sun going down here in the UK. My model wasn't sure that the pop-up flash would work from that distance, but it did!!

I'd like to email you some of the photos I'm doing when I've finished my Project, would you like to see them?

Before I go, I've just bought your Photoshop CS3 book for Digital Photographers. I think its swell!!

Keep up all the great work your doing!

Hi Clarence:
It's a 7' softbox (in diameter). If you look back at my New York shoot from Monday, you'll see that softbox in action. I have the same identical unit in my studio, and it rocks!!! :-)

Thansk Scott for including Meta info -- use your shots for reference ideas and the meta info is a great assist.

Not so much forgetful -- just very active!

Hi Scott,
             This is a beautiful photograph!

I am working through your 7 Point System and I would appreciate if you could clarify something -- maybe even include it in your forthcoming Photoshop TV episode -- concerning Curves Adjustments. Could such adjustments be done equally as well in LR, (Martin Evening's article on the Tone Curve would seem to support this), before switching to CS3?

Thank you very much for your consideration! :)

Hey Scott,

just reading about you forgetting the ISO setting makes me much less embarrassed that I often forget.. Getting better, just not there yet.
