I had a great time meeting a bunch of other really talented photographers and learned a bunch without even realizing it. I can't wait to try it out some newly discovered tips & techniques on my next shoot. Being in a group of photographers really pushed me to try some stuff I haven't done before. Fantastic weather, great crowd, lots to see... and fun answering the "why are there so many people with cameras" question. And it was lovely that the Gold Coast Neighborhood Association held their farmers' market, so we had colorful still lifes... and locally grown snacks... to keep our eyes and our cameras active. Chris Pettit had it well organized and everyone I heard from really enjoyed it. I'd like to do something like this more often.
