Hi Scott,
Worthy winners all of them :o)
A truly fantastic worldwide event that will go down in history. More than a photography event this has brought people together with a common interest and as a consequence, new friends have been made.
You should give yourself a big pat on the back for coming up with such an idea Scott … you’re a good man, and your following across the world reflects this.
All the very best to you and yours
Glyn
Eeks! I don’t see Baltimore on here.
Congrats again to all winners and walkers - the photos look amazing!
Ouch… no Sydney winner either… were our photos that bad?? Or just mine
Scott,
I just spend a good part of the afternoon viewing all the winners, both top 10 and individual city winners. All I can say is…Damn, I’m glad that you had to make the decision on the winners and not me. So many great shots from so many photographers in so many places from around the world! Kudos!
Great event.
John
That is funny for the Brooklyn Brigde Winner - I did that same shot and the shooter Marlin came behind me and did the same shot but I never submitted mine. I thought it was not enough . eh. Good stuff anyway Congrats. Marlin

beautiful images. it does seem like some of them were scouted in advance not that it takes away anything from the quality of the composition. it would have been nicer to see more of the ‘on the spot’ type of submissions where the image is something that would be almost impossible to recreate.
having said that, i don’t think i could come up with a lot of these images even if i went on an advanced scouting expedition.
you should compile the winners into a book
Can you find out why the Greenwich Village photo walk led by Shawn King has not posted the winner for this group. All the other NYC photo walk groups are posted.
The winners you posted are really exciting to look at and reflect the high quality of the people who really took this walk seriously. Thank you for thinking this up.
Scott, Of all the walks that day the one I see missing is the one you lead in Dunedin. Since I was on that walk, I’m dying to see the winning photo.
Scott,
I’m not sure why mine is not on there - http://www.flickr.com/photos/wcamlin/2790719239/
from Baltimore. I hope that doesn’t mean it wasn’t considered for the contest.
I’m sorry I missed the Photowalk. But I am so glad you posted all the pictures and did so in a way that I can view them using CoolIris/PicLens.
Hi Scott,
Thanks for a great event.
I did not do much to my photo until after it was picked as the winner of my group. I have since used your seven points and lightroom, much improved and suitable for printing!
A really big THANK YOU to: you, NAPP and your team. I- in the past year went from not knowing the move tool from a keyboard shortcut was- to a win!
See you next year!
I had a very hard time choosing the Fort Lauderdale winner. I can’t imagine Scott having to decide about the best of the 243 cities.
Crazy Business. LOL

Hi Scott,
Unfortunately my photo which was judged winner for the Sydney (Australia) photowalk was overlooked for judging due to an administrative error with registration details, so it does not appear on the winner’s page.

Regardless of the final judging, it would be nice to at least have it appear with the rest of the winners on the website.

Thanks for posting these. Should we read anything into the order of how the photos are posted, or is the sorting random?
Bob
Hello,
This is truly my first ( hobby ) I have taken for over 50 years. Your books have been a joy to read, I have just ordered the third and know that the information within will allow me to expand my abaility as limited as it may be to a higher and more enjoyable level.
I want to thank you for sharing with me some of your knowledge.
Thank You,
John Jollensten.
These are beautiful, it would be great if you had these on display at Photoshop world. If anybody could pull off a digital slide show in the halls, it would be you
See you soon.
Freddi
Scott,
I was just thinking about this the other day…Will you now update the Seven Points book to use lightroom???
With all the Lightroom 2 stuff, are you using the Seven point in Lightroom and then transferring it over to Photoshop?

Thanks for providing the link to every Photo Walk city winner. Excellent photos there, that’s for sure.
Scott, I sure know how you felt trying to choose a winner….doing that for my group alone was hard enough….I couldn’t imagine trying to choose one winner from these outstanding photos!! Well done!! I told my group that at least the winning photo was from our neighbor, Singapore!!
Cheers, and see you in two days!!
