I already signed up and I just can’t wait to see what we’re getting this time. No doubt we’re definitely going to be amazed by the new features. Finally the long waited CS4. :)

    Hello Scott,

I did sign but I found out on 9/22/08 CA will fall in to the ocean due to a 10.0 earthquake.

However, I will there to photograph it and use CS3 to enhance all the photographs.

I promise not exaggerate any reporting or photos

As always, the worst is yet to come .

    Your true optimist,

    Ken

    Scott,

Sorry to use this post for an off-topic question - but a quick question - any idea when your Lightroom book is due to be released? I have it on pre-order (since your inital reveal of it & am v excited to get it). The reason I need to know is that we are moving home soon, and I see that Amazon has pushed back the release date again. I really just need to see whether I should cancel my pre-order & try & get it overseas when it gets released there - which is always a little later - which explains why I would love to receive it in the USA before we leave.

    Thanks so much for listening.

Also, thanks for a great blog, wonderful books & even better dedications in those books - they always remind me that we have so much to be grateful for.

Any ideas if they will preview with Closed Caption as well? I really hope so, if not, I cannot understand. Thanks! :)

I’m wondering if this will be the actual launch of CS4, or just announcements on what’s to come. I’m hoping it’s the release date! Anyone know?

I’ve been leaning towards woundering why Adobe is pushing another update already. It just seems like a cash cow for them.

Since you seem so excited about it however, I guess I’ll have to give it some cred. Will keep an eye on it.

Scott, you make this every exciting. I am really looking forward to see what CS4 will offer.

The most exciting thing would be a Linux version of CS4 (and LR 2), but I doubt that this will happen, at least not for CS4.

I hope to also see an update of your PS book once CS4 is released as a final version.

Is kelbytrainig.com online training closing down? Been pretty lack luster lately with new training. :)

    Scott,
Is there any way you can show the video of you and the other napp guys on your Trek adventure? I loved it and want to show a future photoshop world attendee. You guys did such a fantastic job.

    Hi Steve:
We’ve added five new classes in the last five weeks. We’ve always added an average of one new class a week, and continue to do so.

Thanks for the “closing down” comment though. That was nice.

Is it just me, or does all the exciting stuff seem to keep happening on the 23rd of the month?

Hi Scott. I just discovered 2 of your books at the library (Digital Photography Book Vol 2 and Photoshop Channels). You are a superb instructor who says a lot with a little, and gets right to the point with easily understood language and illustrations. Thank you very much.

Bummer, I just bought CS3 on Sept. 1!
What’s Adobe’s timeframe for free upgrades?
