Hi Scott,

I am always reading your blog and I am also a member of NAPP. I have one question. What type of software do people use that when I snap the pictures from Nikon camera the image can be seen right away on a PC. What type of software do photostudio use to connect to the PC? They have some kind of cable, but in the industry photoshoot, they have a laptop that connects from the camera to the PC

Please can you let me know?

Thanks

Just wanted to verify to the community that IJFR works with Mac OS 10.5.5 and the Pentax K200D.

This is a great tool, and it virtually eliminates the RAW+JPEG function. It's fast, simple, and high quality in output. Great for assembling folder hierarchies packages where in the event some RAWs need only be kept as JPEG, or they look great already, and for batch resizing some good RAWs for e-mail distro.

Check out "Convert Pictures 1.0" by Nathan Daly & Lion's Games. A drag-and-drop Automator script for MacOSX (available on Apple's Downloads), that converts source to BMP, TIFF, JPEG, or PICT, converting into the same directory, with the original going to the Trash Bin. It can input whatever Preview can. Great for voluminous amounts of permanent file conversions.
