David Hobby, over at the Strobist, posted what I believe is the first full in-depth review of Joe McNally’s new book, “The Moment it Clicks,” and if you’ve got a sec–jump over and give it a quick read. At the end of David’s review, he also announces something pretty cool (you’ll have to read the review—I won’t spoil it). Here’s the link.

Michael Clark has a review of Joe’s book.

The most interesting part of the review to me was learning that you were the editor of the book.
I do not remember anywhere in your multiple rave reviews of this book on your blog where you mention that. I think you need to pay more attention to such a “conflict of interest” to retain your integrity…it’s just too much self-promotion for me.
No worries about that last post Scott. Your “integrity” got you to where you are today. If only the rest of us had something to “self-promote”.
Scott,
I just read the review on the Strobist’s site, and bought the book seconds after reading the review. Thanks also for the head’s up on the “surprise”…..I checked it out as well, and am thrilled, and will be visiting daily.
Also, that is way cool that you edited the book….you are a talented man, Scott Kelby!!
Cheers,
Scotty

Thank you for putting up a link to my blog post about Joe’s new book – it is worth every penny and I really enjoyed it. Plenty of laughs to be had – Joe is quite funny.
Keep up the great blog here Scott – it is a daily stop on my morning internet routine – that is when I can actually access the internet and am not out shooting in remote locals.
Cheers, Michael Clark
