Moose Peterson Posts Nikon D3x Mini-Review
Our good friend, and legendary Wildlife Photographer, Moose Peterson has posted a mini-review of Nikon’s new D3x over at his Moose News blog, and he gives one of the first real field tests out there (from the Digital Landscape Workshop Series taking place out in Yellowstone right now) of this newly released high-end camera.
Here’s the link to Moose’s blog to check it out.

Good morning, Scott. Joe McNally also posted his impressions about the camera at his blog yesterday.

Having just played with a friend’s Nikon D3X, I agree with what Joe McNally and Moose Peterson have to say about the D3X - the files are simply stunning.
I have a D90 now, and the ISO 3200 files rock in moderate to good light, but even the D3X has it beat there.
Looking at the number of years that passed between the D2X -> D90, perhaps we could get an affordable 20+MP, FX camera in 2010?
Can’t wait to find out if I’m able to meet Moose at photoshopworld in Boston. Fingers crossed!
