Photoshop Down & Dirty Tricks Tour Kicks Off in Washington DC on May 8th and You’re Invited
I know I kind of mentioned this in passing a few weeks back, but last week we officially announced the launch of my brand new Photoshop Down & Dirty Tricks Tour, which is kicking off in Washington, DC on Friday, May 8th at the Washington Convention Center.
If you’re thinking of coming, I would definitely sign up now, because since we announced it last Thursday, this has been the fastest filling seminar in our 16-year history, and I want you to come spend the day with me (especially if you’re a reader of this blog).
This tour is all about Photoshop special effects, and creating the same looks you see in magazines, on TV, in Hollywood and on the Web, so I’m not going to be doing the standard stuff (like teaching color correction, or sharpening, or Camera Raw); instead this totally a day of eye-popping, jaw-dropping, way cool special effects—the kind of stuff that clients just love and I hope you’ll join me for this very special live seminar in DC. I would dearly love to hold a Photoshop World in the UK. Maybe Adobe UK will see your message and have us over.

Is this the only location? Any plans for Georgia or north Florida. Keeping it in driving distance would be much easier to attend! I got to David Ziser’s class in Jacksonville last month and it was great. I love learning new stuff at the seminars and would really like to get to yours too!!
Hope you will be closer to MA/CT with this course. Would love to see it. BTW. I was born in 82 so that photo was taken before my time.

You need to bring this tour to Canada! I saw Ben Wilmore in Calgary two years ago so I know it’s possible
I’d love to see you bring the tour to Canada too. I know Tanya’s a little further west than I am (in Ottawa), but maybe we could all hook up in the middle of the country. At the very least, send Dave home for a visit and tour session.

Bring that tour to San Diego! Hey, why not bring Photoshop World with you too. We’ve got a huge convention center right in the heart of downtown. Plus, you do know we have WAY more In-n-Outs here, right? Just something to think–and dream–about. Mmmm… double doubles… animal style…

dein Buch, ich habe es eben bestellt, ist einsame Spitze. Bis vor kurzem hatte ich noch Photoshop auf meinem Rechner – der inzischen kaputt ist. Auf dem Ersatzrechner habe ich Ubuntu drauf – weißt du, ob man auf einen ubuntu Rechner sein Photoshop laufen lassen kann?
Leider fehlt mir das Geld für einen neuen – heul –
Ich habe dennoch dein Buch und finde die Tipps und Tricks lassen sich auch gut in The Gimp anwenden –
