Tomorrow’s Special Guest Blogger is….

…one of my all-time favorite Photoshop instructors and authors, and the only guy named Deke I’ve ever known; Deke McClelland.
I’ve been a fan of Deke’s work since I got totally hooked on his book, The Photoshop Bible, back when I was just a Photoshop cub.
Not only did I learn a tremendous amount from that book, but I loved his irreverent style and would find myself laughing out loud while I was learning, which makes it even more special for me to have him here as my guest on the blog tomorrow.
Deke doesn’t do anything in a small way, so I’m expecting something very cool here tomorrow, so make it a point to stop back by and see what Deke has up his sleeve.
Interesting, Scott Kelby a photoshop cub, who would have ever guessed. I just checked out some of Deke McClelland videos, and they are very interesting and catchy. I can’t wait to see what he has for us today on your “Special Guest Blogger.”
I’ve only been in photography for about a year now and it is always interesting learning about new people and the information that they can provide us. I have met more intelligent and more opened people now that I have come into the photography scene. Each and everyday I come to believe that photography is the place for me.
Scott I can’t wait to read/experience Deke’s guest post! If there’s anyone I enjoy learning photoshop from more than you (shameless kiss up there) it’s definitely “The Deke”! Nice job wrangling him up.
Great news..I’m also a fan of Deke too. Recently I’ve been following his one-to-one DVDs which certainly provided me many useful insights into photoshop since I’m a newbie…Look forward to reading his post…
At some point in history when I was starting to learn photoshop. It was time to buy my first photoshop book. I had to make a tough choice between Deke’s one-on-one book or (you guessed it) Scotty’s book. I chose Deke’s (sorry Scott:)) but hey, I still bought your book (and the little digital photography books) and they are now both on my favorite books shelf:) can’t wait for tomorrow

Scott, you could not have teamed up with a better guy. I have enjoyed Deke’s stuff for quite some time and I have listened to his 30 minutes rant on masking and I am still dizzy from it! Good work.
