This is a great, quick way to make a real difference today. Click the banner for all the details, but they need our help in such a big way, and the Red Cross are the people to bring that help, but they can’t do it without us.

They need our help?! What about the people in Amaerica who are living in cardboard boxes? Why must we always give to others before out own? Friggin liberals.
Dean: Sorry you haven’t a clue, can’t see yourself as part of a global community, and can’t spell. When was the last time you donated a dime or volunteered for another human being?
Scott: Thanks for the link.

Scott -
Here is direct link to help with medical care in Haiti if people are interested. This is (was) a major research hospital in Port Au Prince that was flattened by the quake. My wife has worked in the past and has conducted many research projects down there.
Thanks -
Thanks also for the great web site.

Please forward; you can now donate on-line
Dear all –
You’ve no doubt heard about the devastating earthquake that shook the lives of 3 million people in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
A series of “health aftershocks” will now follow in three waves — first from deaths from untreated injuries, then from illness from lack of clean water, housing and sanitation (diarrheal disease and respiratory infections) and finally extreme food insecurity. And all this in a setting that can ill-afford any further systemic injuries.
The GHESKIO clinic is in the center of the most devastated area of Port au Prince.
Many of you have asked how you can now help.Weill-Cornell will serve as a conduit to direct funds to GHESKIO for emergency relief efforts. All funds will be transferred to GHESKIO under the leadership of Dr Jean Pape.
If you’re looking to help, see this link (http://wcmchelpshaiti.org) to help spur donations for relief. Please send around to friends and family; even a little bit will go a long way here.
